Updates on the Monkey have been non-existant because we’ve been hunting down a cheap Monkey on eBay for all the spare parts we’re missing. If we bought all the bits from Honda we’d be looking at way over the purchase price of the bike so we’ve bid on a few bikes, but not won (the ones we were bidding on went for way past $2000!). Then we found this one on eBay with a buy it now price of $1k.
Old mate used it as a golf cart to carry around his golf clubs. It’s in great condition, just needs a service and we’ll either use this as a base, or strip this for parts for our other bike. It’s all up in the air for now, lots of options, even more than before!
