The other night I was on instagram and one of Ying’s photos popped up on my feed. It was a pic of her name next to the fastest lap time of the day, smashing all the boys at karting. I’ve been meaning to interview Ying for a while now, that picture was the catalyst for the chat session below (which wasn’t meant to be the interview, but it’s turned out that way!).
