JDMST’s End Of Month Meets (EOMM) have been running since 2005. Most of the time they’re held in the East, but like any other good community you’ve got to hand the power over to the people every now and then, and with a lot of people living in the Hills area of Sydney it was decided that this month’s EOMM was to be held out at Seven Hills.
JDMST member J_HUI and James from AllAboutStance went all out in organising sponsors, food, notifying the Police, local council and even seeking for permission from State Rail for use of their carpark, unfortunately State Rail spat the dummy last minute and the meet had to be moved.
It’s amazing how hard it is for a group of passionate car guys to meet up in Sydney. It seems like the harder we try to do things by the book, the more we get screwed over. Perhaps it’s a strong reminder that we’ve just got to keep it grass roots.
