Last night we were on the hunt for new wheels. Having spent nothing at all on the initial purchase on the car, buying a set of forged rims was out of the question (as they’d cost way more than the car!), but buying heavy replica rims was not an option either.
We contacted a few guys who import rare JDM wheels, unfortunately they weren’t exactly cheap, but then the boys at JDMyard came through earlier today with a genuine to die for set of Desmond Regamaster EVO’s in 4 x 114 +35. Even better that they came with decent rubber!
These rims are the bomb. They’re forged and weigh only 5.44kg’s each making them some of the lightest rims out there. They’re now on the car and they’re perfect. Period correct, lovely, we’re stoked!
